And it won’t be their last spin down the runway.
New York Fashion Week is officially underway for the Spring 2021 season, though it’s a touch different from past seasons. With social distancing measures still considerably in effect across the States, many designers have opted to point out virtually or have decided to forgo showing entirely in favor of a replacement system of fashion, however, have pressed ahead with in-person shows, including Jason Wu who showed his latest collection yesterday with Pose star Indya Moore making their NYFW debut for the brand.
Not only did Moore make their debut, but they also opened the Tulum-inspired show, which happened at the Spring Studios Terrace. for his or her turn down the runway, Moore wore a burnt orange-hued summer dress with eyelet detailing at the hem, which was accessorized with beaded necklaces, earrings, and striped sandals.
Sharing a photograph with Wu on Instagram, Moore wrote, “@jasonwu invited me to open his show. many thanks so much! this is often the primary NYFW show I’ve ever walked. I’m so pleased with Jason’s line, the material is incredible. It’s sturdy, soft and therefore the clothing fits sort of a glove. Well done!”
